Met de ST1000SPEXD4 PCI Express 2-poorts gigabit netwerkkaart kunt u twee gigabit Ethernet-poorten aan een client, server of werkstation toevoegen via één PCIe-sleuf. Elke poort biedt voor 10/100/1000 Mbps geschikte Ethernet en voldoet volledig aan de IEEE 802.3/u/ab standaards.
Deze 2-poorts Ethernet-kaart is bedoeld voor elk standaard PCI Express-systeem en ondersteunt full-duplex datastroomregeling voor een maximale datatransmissiesnelheid van 2000 Mbps - een ideale 2-poorts NIC voor het instellen van dual-homed of multi-homed hostconfiguraties, waardoor bedrijfsnetwerken extra worden beveiligd.
De 2-poorts serveradapter voldoet aan de PCIe 2.0 standaard en ondersteunt Jumbo Frames en 802.1q VLAN tagging evenals Wake on LAN (WOL). Bij de adapter wordt een optionele low-profile steun geleverd die kan worden gebruikt voor de installatie in een standaard of kleine-formfactor computerchassis. -
